Applicants are advised to fill out the application form carefully and provide all the required information on the portal in a complete and accurate manner. The information provided by the applicant on the portal will be considered final, and no change will be allowed after submission of the application.
Selection will be made on the basis of district-wise merit lists. A tehsil list has also been provided; however, in case the tehsil name is missing, the applicant may manually enter the name of her tehsil.

درخواست گزاروں کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ درخواست فارم احتیاط سے پُر کریں اور پورٹل پر تمام مطلوبہ معلومات مکمل اور درست انداز میں فراہم کریں۔ پورٹل پر فراہم کردہ معلومات کو حتمی تصور کیا جائے گا، اور درخواست جمع کروانے کے بعد کسی قسم کی تبدیلی کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔
انتخاب ڈسٹرکٹ وائز میرٹ لسٹ کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا۔ تحصیلوں کی فہرست بھی فراہم کی گئی ہے؛ تاہم اگر کسی درخواست گزار کی تحصیل کا نام فہرست میں موجود نہ ہو تو وہ اپنی تحصیل کا نام دستی طور پر درج کر سکتی ہے۔

It is mandatory for applicants to select all universities available on the portal. However, applicants should set their preference order according to the university where they would most like to study first.

The university selected at number one will be considered your first preference, the second selected university will be your second preference, the third selected university will be your third preference, and so on.

All universities available on the portal are among the major educational institutions of Pakistan, and all have an excellent and almost equal academic standard. University allocation will be made according to district-wise merit and your preference order.

درخواست گزاروں کے لیے یہ لازمی ہے کہ وہ پورٹل پر موجود تمام یونیورسٹیز کو سلیکٹ کریں۔ تاہم، درخواست گزار اپنی ترجیحی ترتیب (Preference Order) اس یونیورسٹی کے مطابق مقرر کریں جہاں وہ سب سے پہلے داخلہ لینا چاہتی ہیں۔

جس یونیورسٹی کو آپ پہلے نمبر پر منتخب کریں گے وہ آپ کی پہلی ترجیح (First Preference) ہوگی، دوسری منتخب کردہ یونیورسٹی دوسری ترجیح، تیسری منتخب کردہ یونیورسٹی تیسری ترجیح ہوگی، اور اسی طرح یہ سلسلہ جاری رہے گا۔

پورٹل پر موجود تمام یونیورسٹیز پاکستان کے ممتاز تعلیمی اداروں میں شمار ہوتی ہیں، اور ان سب کا تعلیمی معیار بہترین اور تقریباً یکساں ہے۔ یونیورسٹی الاٹمنٹ ڈسٹرکٹ وائز میرٹ اور آپ کی ترجیحی ترتیب کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔

نیچے چودہ ٹیسٹ سینٹرز دیے گئے ہیں۔ آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ اپنی سہولت کے مطابق کسی ایک ٹیسٹ سینٹر کا انتخاب کر لیں۔ ٹیسٹ کے دن منتخب شدہ سینٹر پہنچنا امیدوار کی اپنی ذمہ داری ہوگی۔

براہِ کرم سوچ سمجھ کر سینٹر منتخب کریں، کیونکہ ایک دفعہ سینٹر منتخب کرنے کے بعد اسے تبدیل نہیں کیا جا سکے گا۔ آپ کا ٹیسٹ صرف اسی منتخب شدہ سینٹر میں لیا جائے گا۔

ٹیسٹ میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی سفری یا یومیہ الاؤنس (TA/DA) فراہم نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

It will be compulsory for female students selected for the scholarship program to get their academic documents verified from the relevant institutions and authorities on their own.

اسکالرشپ پروگرام کے لیے منتخب ہونے والی طالبات کے لیے یہ لازمی ہوگا کہ وہ اپنی تعلیمی اسناد کی تصدیق متعلقہ اداروں اور حکام سے خود کروائیں۔

All students are hereby instructed to bring all original documents on the day of the test. This includes all academic certificates and transcripts. Original CNIC must also be brought. If CNIC is not available, the B-Form along with the father/guardian’s local/domicile in which the applicant’s name is mentioned must be provided. In short, all academic and other required original documents must be brought on the test day. If any required documents are not presented, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the test.

تمام طلبہ کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ ٹیسٹ کے دن اپنے تمام اصل دستاویزات ساتھ لائیں۔ اس میں تمام تعلیمی اسناد اور ٹرانسکرپٹس شامل ہیں۔ اصل قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) بھی لازمی ساتھ لایا جائے۔ اگر قومی شناختی کارڈ موجود نہ ہو تو B-Form کے ساتھ والد/سرپرست کا لوکل/ڈومیسائل سرٹیفیکیٹ لازمی ساتھ لایا جائے جس میں امیدوار کا نام درج ہو۔ مختصر یہ کہ تمام تعلیمی اور دیگر ضروری اصل دستاویزات لازمی طور پر ٹیسٹ کے دن ساتھ لانا ہوں گی۔ اگر کوئی بھی مطلوبہ دستاویزات پیش نہ کی گئیں تو امیدوار کو ٹیسٹ میں بیٹھنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔

5	Other Conditions: The selected candidate must not be receiving any other scholarship or financial assistance from the Government or any other donor agency. In case the selected candidate is already availing any scholarship or financial support, she shall be required to discontinue the previous scholarship before becoming eligible for this scholarship program. Selected candidates will sign a bond with PMU-BESP, School Education Department, to serve in government schools of their respective districts for three years after completion of their degree The scholarship shall be applicable only for BS Education (Four-Year) / B.Ed. (Four-Year) programs. Selected candidates must complete their degree within four years from the date of admission; after four years, no financial support will be provided by PMU-BESP, School Education Department, Balochistan. The selected candidate must maintain a satisfactory CGPA in accordance with the university criteria. Scholarship will cease after failure in two semesters It is compulsory for selected candidates to get all their documents attested from the relevant authorities themselves.	دیگر شرائط: منتخب امیدوار حکومت یا کسی دوسرے ڈونر ادارے کی جانب سے کسی دوسری اسکالرشپ یا مالی معاونت سے مستفید نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ اگر منتخب امیدوار پہلے سے کسی اسکالرشپ یا مالی معاونت سے فائدہ اٹھا رہا/رہی ہو تو اس اسکالرشپ پروگرام کے لیے اہل ہونے سے قبل سابقہ اسکالرشپ ترک کرنا لازمی ہوگا۔ منتخب امیدوار PMU-BESP، محکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن کے ساتھ ایک معاہدے پر دستخط کریں گے کہ وہ ڈگری مکمل کرنے کے بعد اپنے متعلقہ اضلاع کے سرکاری اسکولوں میں تین سال تک خدمات انجام دیں گے۔ یہ اسکالرشپ صرف BS Education (چار سالہ) / B.Ed. (چار سالہ) پروگراموں کے لیے قابلِ اطلاق ہوگی۔ منتخب امیدوار داخلے کی تاریخ سے چار سال کے اندر اپنی ڈگری مکمل کرنے کے پابند ہوں گے؛ چار سال مکمل ہونے کے بعد PMU-BESP، محکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن بلوچستان کی جانب سے کوئی مالی معاونت فراہم نہیں کی جائے گی۔ منتخب امیدوار کے لیے یونیورسٹی کے مقرر کردہ معیار کے مطابق تسلی بخش CGPA برقرار رکھنا لازمی ہوگا۔ دو سمسٹرز میں ناکامی کی صورت میں اسکالرشپ ختم کر دی جائے گی۔ منتخب امیدواروں کے لیے لازم ہوگا کہ وہ اپنی تمام دستاویزات متعلقہ حکام سے خود تصدیق شدہ کروائیں۔
نوٹ: انتخاب کے عمل کے لیے HEC ٹیسٹ لیا جائے گا۔ انتخاب مکمل طور پر میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ہوگا اور ضلعی بنیادوں پر میرٹ لسٹس تیار کی جائیں گی۔ نشستوں کی تقسیم اشتہار میں دیے گئے ضلعی کوٹے کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔
